The thick, clear juice squeezed from the mature flower heads of Awapuhi

Hawaiian wild pinecone ginger or shampoo ginger has been favored for

centuries by Polynesian cultures as an internal and external cleansing

agent. It has been considered useful for stimulating circulation and

relieving general muscle soreness.

 

It is also especially popular for hair care as a shampoo and

conditioner, leaving your hair soft and silky. It is particularly

desirable for adding body and life to limp, oily hair.

 

Awapuhi is, in modern times, a prized luxury ingredient used in some of

the costliest salon hair treatments.

Our Unrefined Rosehip Seed Oil is cold expeller pressed from Rosehip

Seeds from the Wild Rose (Rosa mosqueta L.) grown in the Andes of South

America. As such it is free of herbicides and pesticides and free of

chemicals in processing. The oil is filtered before storage under a

nitrogen blanket thus ensuring the freshness of the oil.

 

While all of the Rosehips are grown on the same land and in the same

manner, Certified Organic Oil is available from the same producer for

Rosehip Seed Oil, especially the unrefined, blush colored variety, has

some great skin rejuvenating properties. This oil contains

Trans-Retinoic acid and this has been found to be the component

responsible for its remarkable scar and cell healing properties. It also

contains oleic acid (14-20%), linoleic acid (44-50%) and linolenic

(30-35%) and their presence assists the Trans-retinoic acid as they also

act to maximize skin cell fortification.

 

Unrefined Rosehip Seed Oil is used by many to help reduce accidental and

surgical scars, and in healing burns and stretch marks and to reduce

acne scaring. It is also used to reduce sun damage to the skin and aging

effects, and has an immediate moisturizing effect when applied.

 

Scars are composed of tough fibrous tissue and on the skin may be

bleached or deodorized (RBD) . In this pure virgin form, it retains the

Would this coconut oil be the same as the extra virgin creme de cocoa that you

did a buy on a while back? If not, is this a solid like that was or a

liquid as the name 'oil' would imply? AND, I'm guessing this is food grade?

The VODCC I did the pre-buy on a while back, while also being a Virgin Coconut

Oil, is a centrifuge extracted oil from indonesia.

 

The Certified Organic Traditional Press Virgin Coconut Oil I am doing in this

pre-buy is from Fiji and extracted in the traditional manner where the fresh

coconuts are cracked open, dried for a short time and then mechanically pressed.

Coconut oil by nature solidifies right around 76 degrees.

 

Fractionated Coconut Oil is the only one that stays liquid at lower

temperatures. It is made by refining coconut oil, hydrolyzing it, seperating the

glycerin from the fatty acids and then fractionating the fatty acids to seperate

the lower and higher melting point triglycerides.

Well, being that I don't have a TX food manufacturers license I can't legally

repackage it and sell it as " food grade " , but I'll surely eat it and feed it to
