tea tree will kill the mold and mildew. Lemonteatree and eucalyptus

citradora are also very effective, and will smell a lot better... I'd use a

blend of half tea tree and half lemon euc, or lemon tea tree.

 

I don't know of any natural substance that will remove the stains from

it... but if you are putting flooring over, that's not an issue.
