ammonium laureth sulfate

I just read this is as bad as sodium laureth sulfate. I have very sensitive

skin and thought the ALH might be ok, but now..no. It's made from coconut,

right? Anybody else have an opinion on this?

 

Now I checked out Chris' site for some shower gel

whatever, but I need some educating on that, too. Only bummer about Chris'

stuff -- no flip cap (mandatory in my household to avoid shower fumbling!)

and I want unscented, not an option. Hint hint.
