Guest guest
I just strained the lot of herbs infusing in olive oil and am about to start a new batch. Its so wonderful to observe how the color of the green extra virgin olive oil changes with each herb. The calendula petals turned it as golden as the sun, and my bottle of alkanet root oil is opaque it is so dark! In some cases even the consistency and feel of the olive oil changes somewhat, like with marshmallow root. I've also did some herbs in small batches with Green Tea Seed Oil. I have a bottle of Deer's Tongue infusing in Jojoba. I keep straining it and then adding more herb to get a stronger scent. I have yet to find real Deer's Tongue EO, but this'll work I am going to make some Virgin Coconut Oil infusion this go around too - one of my favorites being Vanilla Bean infused in Virgin Coconut Oil! It makes a WONDERFUL after bath body oil! I'm going to do a batch each of Tahitian and Madagascar, cause I can't decide which I like better *Smile* Chris (list mom) Natural Awapuhi Extract, Unrefined Rose Hip Seed Oil Traditional Pressed Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Pre-Buy Special - TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO ORDER! <http://www.alittleolfactory.com/prebuys.htm> http://www.alittleolfactory.com/prebuys.htm
