Guest guest
I had a friend who " quit having birthdays " , too, until I reminded her that birthdays are actually a good thing. With all the bad things that could happen to a person (illness, injury, disease, death), it's really quite an accomplishment to successfully get from one birthday to the next these days. When she thought about it, she changed her mind about hiding her birthday and now she celebrates them for days and days... You could do what I do... if someone wants to know how old you are, ask them " how old do you think I am? " . If you like the number, say " yeah, that'll do! " . If you don't, run over them with your car (just kidding!) Karen " Effie Humburg " <britchs Wed, 30 Aug 2006 18:47:39 -0500 Hope you day was very, very, special. I quit having birthdays!!!!!
