Hiya Carol & all:

 

Regarding the cheesecake recipe I sent in:

 

The reason I did not change the butter is: Diabetics can have butter.

Actually, it's much safer than margarine, especially if on a low carb diet.

 

Also, they can have full fat on the cream cheese and sour cream. Actually, they

have a coupla less carbs than the low fat ones. Alas, I have used the low fat

for many many years, and just figure that it might be a few less calories.

Hope your SO appreciates your new dynamite cheesecake recipe! It is one of the

best I have had.
