Actually, it's much safer than margarine, especially if on a low carb diet. Also, they can have full fat on the cream cheese and sour cream. Actually, they have a coupla less carbs than the low fat ones. Alas, I have used the low fat for many many years, and just figure that it might be a few less calories. <giggles> Hope your SO appreciates your new dynamite cheesecake recipe!
