OT/ Kidnapped Baby

I don't know how many of you have been following the news story of a

kidnapped baby in the Lonedell, Missouri area. She's been found

ALIVE in an abandoned house, just around the corner from us. They

have the woman in police custody.

 

I believe the police may be looking for someone else or the

vehicle. The helicopters have been over my house about 10 times

since the baby was found.

 

If you hadn't heard about this case, this is what happened. Last

Friday afternoon a woman went to the house of the 7 day old baby.

Gained entry by saying her car broke down and needed to use the

phone. That woman, slit the mothers throat, stabbed her in the arm,

back and abdomen. When she regained consciousness, she ran to a

neighbors house to call the 911. She was airlifted to a hospital in

St.Louis and underwent surgery. The kidnapper didn't bother her 1

year old son, just took the baby.

 

What a relief the baby was found alive. She's at an area hospital

being checked over. She's been united with her parents.

 

Thank goodness, this horrible event turned out good. Most, sadly

don't.

 

I do have to say, when I went to the grocery last Friday, I did see

a red/maroon truck in the drive way of the abandon house. I made a

mental note to call the police if it was still there when I came

home. But it was gone.

 

Just wanted to share this amazing story with all my list friends.
