I market a product for middle-aged women

who are so exhausted and muddled that they

can't even find ordinary words, like I used

to be.

I have always gotten tired easily, and

when I get tired I get muddled.

It got really bad when I was 49.

Fridge would become stove, or " uh, you know,

the cold place with the food. "

I said " thingamajig " or " whatchamacallit "

a lot.

My son was a teenager at the time.

He once said: " Mother, who will finish

your sentences for you when I leave home? "

Acupuncture helped. So did B vitamins and

vitamin C and iron.

But I couldn't afford acupuncture all the

time and the vitamins always stopped working

after a while.

Then a friend gave me a whole wild food in

capsule form to try.

After a few months of just 2 caps a day I

noticed that the brain fog was lifting and

I no longer needed naps in the daytime.

The whole wild food did not stop working

either. I just kept getting better.

It also transformed my ADD son, but that is

another story.

I am 63 now, use whole wild foods in supplement

form instead of isolated vitamins and minerals,

and feel better and more alive than I did in my

forties.

Most of the time I have energy all day, nothing

aches or creaks, and I do finish my own sentences.

email me if you want to know more.

I just cannot tell you how much that is me, even to the finishing my

sentenses. I am keeping a copy of this letter and hanging it up. One of my

daughters is 50 and I think I will send it to her.

My lower abdomen seems really heavy. Al;most feels like I need a good

cleaning out. sharon
