Hi Sharon,

> Which oils would be good for fighting exposure to disease???

Maintenance is more a matter of killing microbes & other critters in

and around our environment .. and therefore, keeping our immune system

running on all cylinders. Almost any oil you choose to diffuse in your

home will help to a great degree .. and they will make your home smell

nice .. plus make you smile. ;-)

> I do not go to the doctor, and do not like to enter hospitals because

> of course that is where sick people are.

Yes ma'am .. I hear you.

> Which other oils besides Oregano are good for staying well.

Oregano (any of the Carvacrol rich Origanums)

Rosemary, Cineole CT (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Rose Otto (Rosa damascena)

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum) from Corsica

Eucalyptus, Blue Gum (Eucalyptus globulus)

Chamomile, Roman (Anthemis nobilis)

Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)

Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

Black Pepper (Piper nigrum)

Ravensara (Ravensara aromatica)

and .. I gotta have my Neroli and other Citrus oils cause they make me

smile. ;-)

> By the way I wrote you before about the Oregano being such a hot oil,

> you said no need to swallow it, so I am now mainly amelling the oils I

> use, I think it words great.

Good it is. That's what " Aroma " Therapy is all about. Inhalation of

the volatile molecules of a plant oil .. via the olfactory system.

> Which oils do you thing would be the top 10 oils to keep on hand.

See the above list. And .. I would add Lemon Myrtle for diffusing in

the home .. it kicks Big Bad Bug Butts and smells great. Shouldn't be

used on the skin though as its a sensitizer.

> Another thing, are there archives??? I usually print your articles

> on oils, but sometimes I have printer problem and might miss

> something.

Yes .. Chris puts out a post on that from time to time .. I expect she

or one of her elves will put it out again in response to your inquiry.

> What I mainly would like to know for sure is which oils are good for what.

There are a number of publications out and about that give such info ..

and it would take pages and pages and pages to list all of that data in

a post .. but I recommend you consider purchasing the following pub

because it lists what you are looking for .. you can review and order at

> I have several books, now that you have a baby i am curious what you think

> about those vaccines. I heard a Japanese MD speak on the subject and he

> was not going to give his child the innoculation that has the 3 in one.

The fact that an MD .. or a dozen MD's .. have a decision on what should

or should not be given to a child would not influence my decision. They

have opinions .. and that's all. I have decided which immunizations my

son will not get .. and to a great degree, we must consider where one is

and where one might be going. We live in Turkey now .. and will travel

to Russia for 2 months in November .. so I must consider this when I

make my decisions.

Every parent has to make their own call on this subject .. and they have

to live with that decision.

> The one that is also for measels. Of course this would be 50 yrs ago but

> I did not give my children the shots, just the bare minimum at that time,

> they are all healthy. sharon

Good it is and happy I am they are healthy.

Y'all have a good one .. and keep smiling. :-)
