My sister recommended that I start taking raw vinegar daily. She has been

using it for some time now and has had some really good results.

 

At first, I was taking it once a day, then I kicked it up to 3 because I

finally read the directions. :( Well, I'm peeing a dang river and my back

hurts. So, I did a bit of research and yelp, it's a diuretic. Well, I don't

mind the diuretic properties, but if it's making my back hurt, my guess is

I'm taking too much. I'm wondering if this is temporary?

 

Anyone have this experience or have some advice. I'm going to cut back for

sure. Just don't know whether I should try to work back up to the

recommended servings over time.
