Guest guest
I was reading The Wall Street Journal today while eating lunch here at work. (I like the articles … which sounds eerily like the guy who says he reads Playboy Magazine because he likes the articles!) In the Health Section they have an article entitled " Drug Show Promise for Alzheimer's " . Five are listed, and one of them is Sage extract! It says, " Has antioxidant properties; being studied for memory benefits, among other things " – for those with mild Alzheimer's – the study is sponsored by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine. The last thing they list is " Exercise " (either aerobic or stretching), which has a variety of health benefits for those with " mild cognitive impairment " (from the Seattle Institute for Biomedical and Clinical Research, Alzheimer's Association).
