Guest guest
Someone asked me for some sinus info and I was googling and found an article that said that only Eucalyptus globulus should be used as an aid to sinus help - it suggested Turn the kettle off and carefully pour about 4-6 cups of boiling water into the large bowl, followed by three drops of eucalyptus oil. Hold your head over the bowl so that you are looking down at it. Cover your head and the bowl with the sheet, ensuring that you do not bring your face too close to the hot water. Close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply, continuing the treatment for about 15 minutes. If you start to feel overheated or uncomfortable, remove the sheet. so I was wondering - is it only globulus or can you use Origanum vulgare? thanks Pam Website Design & Hosting E Web Express http://www.ewebexpress.com TLC Naturally http://www.tlcnaturally.com
