Its not for naught that over the years I have said to those who are alarmed by the idea of ingesting an EO .. that they should not ingest an EO .. they should maybe consider livening up a great bowl of " lentil soup " with a drop or three. I chose lentil soup because it really is a heckuva lot better with Oregano.
