Guest guest
Sounds like gummit instructions .. mighta been written by an old Retired Army Drill Sergeant. ;-) Nothing really wrong with the above .. and if we get a group of folks together we can do it by the numbers. Guest guest
Hey Pam, > Someone asked me for some sinus info and I was googling and > found an article that said that only Eucalyptus globulus should > be used as an aid to sinus help - Likely it is that we can find an article on the I-Net saying the Moon is made of Green Cheese. ;-) > it suggested Turn the kettle off and carefully pour about 4-6 cups > of boiling water into the large bowl, followed by three drops of > eucalyptus oil. Sounds like gummit instructions .. mighta been written by an old Retired Army Drill Sergeant. ;-) Nothing really wrong with the above .. and if we get a group of folks together we can do it by the numbers. But there is a simpler way. Pour a cuppa hot water in a coffee cup .. put in a drop or two of Eucalyptus globulus or Eucalyptus smithii .. then cup the hands over the cup .. and inhale. > If you start to feel overheated or uncomfortable, remove the sheet. When we have a sheet over our head and it starts to make us feel real uncomfortable .. it sorta makes sense to remove it. ;-) > so I was wondering - is it only globulus or can you use Origanum vulgare? Not only Eucalyptus, Blue Gum (E. globulus) .. also Rosemary, Cineole (Rosmarinus officinalis) and ANY of the Carvacrol rich Origanums. Odds are we'll get more immediate (but temporary) relief from the Eucalyptus but the Rosemary .. and particularly the Origanum .. will kick the Big Bad Bug Butts that are probably causing the congestion in the first place. And .. Origanum vulgare is NOT the only effective Origanum .. it is the one claimed to be sold by one heckuva lotta folks who sell only Oregano and make all kinds of fantastic claims that are just not true. Oregano is perhaps the most powerful EO in existence .. but it won't do all the things these so-called " specialists " say it will do .. and .. they are not all selling Origanum vulgare anyway .. there is not enough of it for them all to be selling it .. and .. some of those who are claiming to be selling ONLY Origanum vulgare used to buy TONS .. I BS you NOT .. I say again .. TONS .. of Origanum from me that was NOT Origanum vulgare!!! Another Essential Oil that will give fast temporary relief when inhaled is .. Cornmint (Mentha arvensis). > thanks Welcome fer'shur. > Pam > Website Design & Hosting > E Web Express > http://www.ewebexpress.com > TLC Naturally > http://www.tlcnaturally.com Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
