Bergamot FCF is 'sunsafe' and the only safe way to use Bergamot on the

skin... get samples...some is lovely, some just smells like lemon oil...

depends on which oil.... IFRA guidelines show 4% dilution for grapefruit,

2% for expressed Lemon Oil, Lime oil Expressed 0.7% ( steam distilled

MUCH safer!), BITTER Orange is listed at 1.25%, but they don't list sweet

orange and/or any of the mandarine type oils.
