IFRA guidelines show 4% dilution for grapefruit, 2% for expressed Lemon Oil, Lime oil Expressed 0.7% ( steam distilled MUCH safer!), BITTER Orange is listed at 1.25%, but they don't list sweet orange and/or any of the mandarine type oils.
