Guest guest
I know, I have been trying to research to find out the difference between colloidal oatmeal and oat flour. Some sources say nothing, but others say there is a difference in the process. Cooked vs. raw, whole vs. hulled, etc. Is there something missing in the oat flour, does anyone know? I have even gone so far as to use oat flour and colloidal oatmeal in separate baths just to see a difference, and they are almost the same to me, maybe the oat flour not quite so silky.
