I am looking for reference material regarding the propagation and care

of herbs to grow for distillation purposes. I live in Zone 5/6, at an

elevation of 3100 feet. Does anyone know where I can get detailed

information?

If you plan to distill, I strongly encourage you to join the Aromatic

Plant Prject. All Donor level members get consultation time with

Jeanne Rose and I am sure if she can't answer your questions

personally, she can direct you to the source of such information.

There is also a wealth of knowledge on the Articles/News pages.

If you don't already own a still, these are gorgeous and just what a

boutique distiller needs. When I attended Jeanne's distillation

course on Martha's Vineyard a few years ago, this was the still we

used. www.copperstills.com
