Hey folks,

 

For anyone who is interested ... my classic Aromatic Brined Turkey

Recipe is up on The Aromatic Sage Magazine website!

This year I think I'm going to go with the homemade herbed butter under

the skin trend. I'll surely post the results ... maybe even in a new

article for Aromatic Sage in time for Christmas ;) !

I have used this recipe since Chris posted it, I can't even remember -

maybe a few years at least - anyway, it is the best!!!

Hey Chris, I use your brine & still use the herbed butter under the skin

plus add some rosemary twigs & onion slices (line the pan & then place the

turkey on top) under the turkey hiney *S*

Your brine is the best though~~~
