Guest guest
Hey Susan, I make my own laundry detergent. What questions do you have? I do not claim to be an expert or anything, far from it, but I will help as much as I can or can possibly point you in the right direction. Phaedra Have You been Pampered Today? Guest guest
Susan, On occasion I do. When we don't have enough money to go and buy the big thing of Tide, I go ahead and make my own liquid soap, or I chop up some of my older soap and chunk it in the wash. Guest guest
the laundry powder I make is a mix of lard soap, borax and washing soda. It's better for your septic system than the laundry soap you get from the store Paula .......... in Michigan coming soon - Farm Fresh Soaps and Candles.com !!! Please! Do share with the list! This site should keep you busy for days! Lots of opinions: www.soapdishforum.com/forum I'd read through all the archives before I jump in asking questions though...the members there are pretty much expected to do their homework and read what is already there, before asking questions that have been answered time and time again. The discussions range from the most basic to professional. The members, too. Here is a link to the only professional trade association for people who make soap: www.soapguild.org. The newly updated web site has lots of resources. [not my website...that one was taken down 3.5 years ago!] Sue
