Much appreciated. > -Helen any citrus, to start with...they are the smilebringers... first thought is one of the orange varieties or one of the clementine/tangerine/mandarines... for a middle note... could be lavender, could be a real gentle spice note like coriander...or one of the petitgrain oils to compliment the citrus top note. for a base I'd think vetiver or atlas cedarwood (or himalayan cedarwood) for grounding... personally, I think Black Spruce is a wonderful destressor... maybe that or another conifer instead of the citrus? maybe with lavender or clary for the heartnote?
