Bumps close together that don't itch

I wonder if you herbalists would know what this is and what could be

used to help.

A 17-year-old girl has this rash-looking stuff on her arms and

shoulders. It's just small bumps, close together, doesn't appear to

be red or anything, doesn't itch or hurt. She's more embarrassed by

it than anything.

Do you know what this is? Are there any herbs, etc, that could clear

this up?

Actually, the first thing that comes to mind is a calcium deficiency,

which can manifest this way. Up her calcium/mg intake daily and see if

that makes them go away.

It could also be Keratosis pilaris and I've been trying to work on this (My

sister has it, I have it to some degree as well, but so far the best thing

to do is see a dermatologist, cause I haven't found anything that works like

one of the topical creams my sister uses for it.)
