Guest guest
Hi, to all of those on my joke list, I am having a few problems. About 2 months ago we evicted a family of raccoons from my garage, well they have decided to take up residency in my atic. The mess they have made to the roof, is estimated at about $1000, my ex climbed up in the attic and didn't see them there so he asumes that they have left me. The whole roof needs replaced and I am looking at between 7 and 8 thousand ( have 4 quotes), what I didn't know until today was that something else has moved into my roof and has knawed (sp?) at the wires resulting in my losing my internet connection, it looked like a virus had somehow gotten in, so after 3 days of trying to fix a problem that didn't exsist, I reformatted. So I have lost all my email addresses, all ,my programs etc. So I will be back in a day or two, when I have reloaded all my programs and no longer feel like bawling, lol.. Another added bonus is that the little monster has chewed through my telephone lines which lay next to my cable and I have been left with one VOIP phone, add everyone in the house having the flu for the last week and you get one cranky, fed up Carol. Anyhoo, not looking for pity, just send me an email if you were on the joke list to my msn account Nessie_Scotland and I will be back at it in a few days, after I sell my children on ebay to cover the cost of a new roof.. Please bid accordingly, they are very cute and well mannered, LOL... Going for a nice glass of wine and a hot bath, please excuse the spelling errors, I'm just too tired to figure it out on here, lol.. See you all in a few days. Guest guest
Well, you didn't want pity but I do emphasize! Stuff like this never happened when I was still married. But now that I'm on my own, I'm constantly having to deal with crap happening! Good thing you cried and relieved some of the stress and can start to think about jokes again! , " nessie1_1999 " <cjpearce wrote: > > Hi, to all of those on my joke list, I am having a few problems. > > About 2 months ago we evicted a family of raccoons from my garage, > well they have decided to take up residency in my atic. > > The mess they have made to the roof, is estimated at about $1000, my > ex climbed up in the attic and didn't see them there so he asumes > that they have left me. > > The whole roof needs replaced and I am looking at between 7 and 8 > thousand ( have 4 quotes), what I didn't know until today was that > something else has moved into my roof and has knawed (sp?) at the > wires resulting in my losing my internet connection, it looked like a > virus had somehow gotten in, so after 3 days of trying to fix a > problem that didn't exsist, I reformatted. > > So I have lost all my email addresses, all ,my programs etc. So I > will be back in a day or two, when I have reloaded all my programs > and no longer feel like bawling, lol.. > > Another added bonus is that the little monster has chewed through my > telephone lines which lay next to my cable and I have been left with > one VOIP phone, add everyone in the house having the flu for the last > week and you get one cranky, fed up Carol. > > Anyhoo, not looking for pity, just send me an email if you were on > the joke list to my msn account Nessie_Scotland and I > will be back at it in a few days, after I sell my children on ebay to > cover the cost of a new roof.. Guest guest
I was a single parent of 5 for quite a few years. I used to keep extra cardboard boxes in the garage or basement. When I really needed to get rid of stress, I'd punch the boxes until I felt better. Didn't take long Paula .......... in Michigan coming soon - Farm Fresh Soaps and Candles.com !!! Well, you didn't want pity but I do emphasize! Stuff like this never happened when I was still married. But now that I'm on my own, I'm constantly having to deal with crap happening!
