Guest guest
Aromatherapy, herbs, natural living, etcGosh Joanne, soemtimes it is true, the oils heat up on certain rashes and I am not certain any of those woudl be ok, try jojoba maybe. Chickweed is really the best because it cools. Where do you live? We dotn have any here, but Susun Weed, herbalist in New York says she can still find in winter buried in snow. Violets are also recommended. Take as tea or tincture. Viola odorata is the most used. Avocado oil will help heal as well as evening primrose, vitamin e. You can take that chamomile you have and try bathing with it. then dont wear clothes if you can so that nothing touches the effected areas to make it worse. Aveeno also has collodial oatmeal baths one can take to help. I have seen it even in Walmart. Time will heal while these others will aid in healing as well as providing soem releif from the discomfort. I hope it runs its course quickly for you Joanne. {{hugs}} Blessings -Love and Light- Ray and Kristena Roder http://www.dreamseeds.org
Guest guest
Kristena, I live in Columbus, Ohio. I tried some emu oil on my face last night becauses my skin felt so dry from using cold compresses and that seemed to help with the inflamation and cooled the skin down a bit. I will try adding the chamomile tea to the bath water and see how that helps. Thanks for all of your advice.
