Guest guest
I am just getting into learning about eo's so I haven't bought much, just some patchouli and pine for scenting around the house. I'm trying to read as much as I can about them before I expand my use of them. Anyway, I've been reading the archives regarding grades of oils and have some questions. The oils I have state they are 100% pure. What can that mean-that they may contain a certain amount of pure eo and some other ingredients? I've gone to several random websites that sell eo's and most only state 100% pure or certified organic. I haven't seen " grades " listed. Where would this info be? If some sellers of eo's are not experinced and only know what their suppliers tell them how can I determine what is suitable for my needs? At this point my only expectation would be " pure " oil-no other ingredients added-I'm not sure what grade that would be considered but I'd like to make sure I know what I'm buying. Eventually I'd like to consider eo's for soaps, lotions, shampoos but right now I use them only for scenting the air and adding to cleaning products.
