Guest guest
Ien might I suggest using a frozen bottle of water as the roller under your foot. Here in the states we drink lots of bottled water. I use a 16 ounce bottle and it works to provide some relief when I remember to use it. -- Be Well, Bobbi Guerra The Purple Sage ~ Bath & Body www.thepurplesage.com

I also tend to have cold feet and hate the idea of ice. What really is helping is the EFT, when I remember to do it. I started doing a round of tapping every time I feel a twinge, and it gives some relief every time. Now if I can just get around to doing it consistently, daily, for at least 10 minutes a day, we might get somewhere. I do the stretches too, they feel great. It almost goes away and then it comes back, that really bugs me. I CANNOT have this once the snow clears. I have a fence to finish and gardens to plant.
