Guest guest Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 I would really appreciate some advice on how to handle a problem with a supplier. I placed an order online on 12/8/06 and received my order on/about 12/21/06. By the time I opened the box and checked out everything in there (no invoice was enclosed with the order), I realized there were 2 items missing. I attempted to call the supplier and was placed on the never ending hold cycle and it was close to their closing time on Friday. I realized it was a holiday weekend and that they " may " be closed the week between Christmas and New Years, but I called back again and left my information and I sent them an email about my situation on 12/20 and 1/4. I have not heard a word. Nada. Nothing!! I called back again today and left ANOTHER message and this time I wasn't too nice..........told them that if I didn't get a call back by the end of business today, I was going to report them to the BBB and anyone else I could get a hold of and I'll be happy to share their name with anyone that emails me and asks.
