Guest guest Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 Hi all: Just wanted to add my two cents worth with Sharon's about the calf stretches being wonderful for heel spurs along with some good vitamins such as a B-complex. Anytime I think I'm having a relapse, I begin those stretches and it takes care of it everytime. Seems like I have a saved favorites that tells exactly which vitamins help to alleviate problems right away~will check it to see and do a followup.
