Guest guest
Hi, I have successfully used ortho-bionomy or positional release therapy on my clients that have plantar fascitis. You'd need to find a massage therapist or maybe a chiropractor that uses this modality. In Reflexology the spot that hurts in your foot will be tender in your hand. In theory, by working out the spot on your hand it will help your foot. So, an example of this would be if you hurt your big toe at the joint, your thumb joint (same side of body) will have a tender spot and by applying light pressure it could help your big toe. Reflexolgy for plantar fascitis: is it on the inside of your foot? The reflex point on your hand (same side as painful foot) would also be on the inside...at the base of your foot...the hand, at the base. I don't know if this helps much, but you can e-mail me directly and I'll try to explain it better. I am a Reflexologist, for Pete's sake. When I work my foot it does briefly feel better, but it is hard to remember to do it all the time. Goes for all the other things too: it comes and goes, and when it goes, I forget about stretching etc etc. Reflexologist, heel thyself....
