I've been in agony the last few days with " Who Knows What " . This includes a sore throat, swollen glands, and aching joints that make me feel like I'm 90! No fever, or chills though! Guest guest
my friend gave this to me and kick the cold's butt and upper respitory infection [Dave:] That does look like a good one. Here is the one I swear by: 2 tsp. diced fresh garlic 3 Tbs. olive oil 5 Tbs. pure clover honey 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. cayenne 1/4 tsp. asafoetida (optional) 1/4 cup strong green tea, freshly made Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute, then add other ingredients. Simmer and cook over low flame for 5 minutes. Let cool. Strain into glass jar. Cover and refrigerate. (Makes enough for a week with one teaspoon a day.) I sometimes substitute fresh grated turmeric for asafetida (which can be found at an Indian grocery). This is also good when you’re healthy, to stay that way. Tastes surprisingly good. -- Version: 7.5.432 / Virus Database: 268.17.0/639 - Release 1/18/2007 6:47 PM -- Version: 7.5.432 / Virus Database: 268.17.0/639 - Release 1/18/2007 6:47 PM

Guest guest
A quick and friendly warning for anyone who never has experienced asafoetida - it will stink up an entire room - in a very sulfuric way! I keep my little plastic container of it in a bag, sealed in a glass jar! A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away (a.k.a. NYC I had a job where I made exorcism incense with that stinky stuff - it'll banish anything - living or not (and apparently even disease too !!!!! *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com David Lambert wrote: > That does look like a good one. In cooking, it imparts a certain garlicky je-ne-sais-guoi. -- Version: 7.5.432 / Virus Database: 268.17.0/639 - Release 1/18/2007 6:47 PM
