Guest guest Posted January 21, 2007 Report Share Posted January 21, 2007 Hi all, I have a few questions about tinctures. 1. when making one, what is the process? 2. how do you keep the old/herb mixture from molding or spoiling? 3. how long do they last before they go bad? 4. I have a mixture that I made 11 years ago with dried chamomile and olive oil in a crock pot that was set on low for a few hours, then shut off and let set for 24 hours. This mixture has been sitting on the bottom shelf of my fridge for all these years, just waiting for me to use it... would it still be good?
