various countries. For instance, in Russia the Federal Law was

formulated in compliance with the EU cosmetics and fragrance regulations

and in cooperation with the Russian Association of Perfumery, Cosmetics

& Household Chemistry Manufacturers (APCoHM). It exists as a draft,

however, according to legislators it will be implemented within several

months ...
