Guest guest
I've had a number of cats in my life. Only one (a female) had the aversion to the cat box. Personally, that's one thing I find intolerable: a cat going to the bathroom in the house in a spot other than the cat box. That scent is so very difficult to remove. I have a high sense of smell and I decided on Plan B. I have always had lots of animals -- each one is different. My sense with this particular cat is that she simply did not need to be an inside cat. Where I lived at the time was not a conducive place for outside cats (at least to my way of thinking). So, I had a friend who lived in the country. Folks in the country usually need a good mouser and I gave the cat to him. I now live in the country -- we have two good mousers -- they're outdoor cats and healthy and slim because of it. I know, some would see me as heartless -- but I also know that this particular cat was much happier for it and more baby cats came along so there were always mousers for this friend of mine. It was a win/win situation. Dede

I tried everything in the pet store and online to get rid of the odor with no luck. I finally found something that really works! The odor would have to be completely gone for it to work for my sensitive sense of smell. You do have to make it yourself but the ingredients are cheap. Works well on urine from animals and humans but only so-so for feces. We have carpet, so I don't know if it would work well on wood floors. It does good on other fabrics like upholstery and mattresses. I couldn't find all the spots that our cat was tinkling, so we bought a blacklight. It helped out tremendously. If you'd like the formula (no, I'm not charging anything--I got it for free, passing it on the same way), then just email me. Andrea

Guest guest
Please send! In fact, please post to the group! I tried to email you off list but I got some sort of " autoresponse " thing that ended up in MY spam filter! I have three boys that are in competition for their " turf " -- I keep trying to explain to them that it's MY furniture and it's doesn't need any additional ownership " marks " but they're not buying it. . . . So I'm looking for something effective to remove their marks! Thanks! --Sue , " Andrea Jones " <oceanmoon wrote: > I finally found something > that really works! Guest guest
I forgot to mention you have to use it up when you make it or discard it. Don't store it in a close container and leave it. The gases will build up in a closed container. > [Original Message] > Janice Avedissian <jaavedis > > 1/31/2007 7:13:27 PM > Re: Cats > > Dear Andrea, Please send. Thanks.
