Guest guest
Quite often I get up and think to myself, whew what is that smell, is it rat's. My dogs go outside apart from the little one who uses her towels by the toilet during the night as I don't have a doggy door, especially with e road so close and hawks and Eagles about. It is the big black cats that live a few doors down, they come and pee on the roof at night and Tom cats pee is worse than any I know of, just cant rid it until it rains. that is when the incense comes out. My neighbours dontnotice the smell apparently but I can barely stand it, I guess they are used to it. LOL Leslie - edgetexlady Thursday, February 01, 2007 3:33 AM [sPAM] Cats I've had a number of cats in my life. Only one (a female) had the aversion to the cat box. Personally, that's one thing I find intolerable: a cat going to the bathroom in the house in a spot other than the cat box. That scent is so very difficult to remove. I have a high sense of smell and I decided on Plan B. I have always had lots of animals -- each one is different. My sense with this particular cat is that she simply did not need to be an inside cat. Where I lived at the time was not a conducive place for outside cats (at least to my way of thinking). So, I had a friend who lived in the country. Folks in the country usually need a good mouser and I gave the cat to him. I now live in the country -- we have two good mousers -- they're outdoor cats and healthy and slim because of it. I know, some would see me as heartless -- but I also know that this particular cat was much happier for it and more baby cats came along so there were always mousers for this friend of mine. It was a win/win situation. Dede The information contained in these e-mails is not a substitute for diagnosis and treatment by a qualified, licensed professional.
