Guest guest
Hi, Glo! If you were pregnant, sounds like it was pre-eclampsia or toxemia. So glad you got to the hospital in time! Dede
Guest guest
Hi! You know, I thought I had that during the swelling and everyone said " no " . At one time my pressure was up so high, and I was so swollen that a nurse tried to get me to lie on my left side and rest and they wanted to do a non stress test, (which they ended up doing on the next visit - my last). The doctor said it wasn't because it was my 5th child.. My cardiologist said it is cardiomyopathy, but after reading up on pre-eclampsia, I can't help but wonder..There are a lot of similarities. Thank You!! Glo in NE NV _____ Hi, Glo! If you were pregnant, sounds like it was pre-eclampsia or toxemia. So glad you got to the hospital in time! Guest guest
Hi, Like others I immediately thought Pre-eclampsia as well, but that goes away. You said your heart is only working at 20% NOW. Hmmmm, I tend to think that the original diagnosis of cardiomyopathy was correct. But I ain't no doctor so what the heck do I know? ;-) In either case, that SUCKS! Sure hope you get to feeling better. K On 2/6/07, Glocat <glocat wrote: > > . > > > -- Cheers!
