Guest guest
I can remember my sister being really sensitive to fresh citrus .... so it does not necessarily mean that the oil is outdated although that can also be true. I think if you have a sensitivity to something stay away from it ... however having said that I believe that sensitivities with people can also change. My Uncle is allergic to many things including cat dander ... but somehow he was able to reduce his symptoms. Don't know what he did but he did it. I'd really like to try the personal diffuser mentioned in one of Matt's articles. That is a great idea ... I'm so used to just putting some on my shirt but sometimes it leaves a spot ... which I don't care if it happens because it washes out but for times when I am going out and I have something nice on I would not want a mark showing up. I get kind of get going on issues around having to make rules for everything. If I am wearing essenital oils maybe I will call for people who love to be around them rather or just wear them around the house with myself. Some are less offensive or allergic to others than some. I will always do my best not to overide others ... sensitiivties ... and keep my scents to myself. I want to create my own world where people aren't idiots and we all have a good sense of how to look after ourselves and be our natural social and responsible self ... that way using essential oils won't be so much about what idiots. I am going to creat a world where I learn from my experience as well as listen to the wisdom that comes not from people's minds but their intuitions and true selves. I raise my cup to the Hippies and Anarchists of this world Pam
