Thanks .. I reckon I done gud fer an ol Redneck feller. ;-) Truth is

that Alexander is quite a few months ahead of himself .. at least

according to the weekly emails I get from Baby.com .. but I'm not sure

that means a lot .. some younguns progress in spurts .. he seems to be

doing that now and I hope it continues .. but we can never know for

sure. He is very inquisitive and that is a good thing for sure.

Arkansas. If that happens we may actually have the opportunity to sit

on your porch looking at the lake after a day a fishing. I'll bring

the beer.

 

Good it is and well it might be. I am seriously thinking of the

Rogers area .. around Beaver Lake. But also the Paris, TN area around

Kentucky Lake is interesting. We plan to walk the ground in both

prior to buying .. we spent time on both last summer but while in

Arkansas we were staying with friends who have 13 waterfront acres on

the lake .. they bought it long ago for far less than one acre costs

today. ;-)

 

For folks who are planning to move or retire somewhere else, etc.,

there are web sites that can give you a pretty good idea of this or

that area .. http://www.city-data.com/ is good for demographics .. and

http://www.realtor.com/Default.asp?poe=realtor is good for getting a

handle on the general costs and styles of homes in a particular city.
