Guest guest
Hey Susan, >Butch, what's the shelf life, once opened? Susan H. Mostly depends on how you store them. The containers they come in are sterile .. if you transfer them to a different container .. you must be sure it is also sterile .. as well as the caps. Those 4 hydrosols I have on sale are good for at LEAST another year .. if properly stored and not contaminated after receipt. I've lost all my files .. but in the archive of this list are posts I have made in the past on the proper storage .. and normally expected shelf life .. of both various types of essential oils & hydrosols. Y'all have a good one .. and keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
Guest guest
Hi Butch, I was told by my herbalist 5% to 10% vodka alcohol can extend the shelf life of a hydrosol if you do not want to keep the hydrosol in the refrigerator. Do you agree? Monica We won't tell. Get more on shows you hate to love (and love to hate): TV's Guilty Pleasures list.
