They make it almost impossible for us to communicate with clients. I get an email... " I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation...did the order go through. I reply...of course the reply doesn't go thru... and the prospective client feels ignored and thinks we have terrible customer service. a suggestion for ALL who might shop online... when you place an online order anywhere... add the website to your whitelist before placing the order... you can always delete it later. But if the vendor needs to communicate with you... they have to be able to reach you.
