Guest guest
We had said you were going to try Modzilla's Thunderbird for email and report. I didn't see the report and was wondering how it went. Do you or anyone else love Thunderbird? Inquiring minds want to know. Have a wonderful day. Guest guest
Eh! It is at least working as far as not only getting me my e-mails but also sending the message to the correct folders set up in the " rules " , as opposed to my Outlook program, which basically committed suicide after 50,000+ or so messages *lol* .. but Thunderbird really is insufficient and weird in some ways (basic mail formatting and addressing especially) ... I think they have to put out a few new versions before it is just right! My problem now is that my main 'puter's C drive is 76 gigs out of 80 gigs full and is also becoming a dinosaur at age 6 .. running on Windows 2000 Pro ... not able to even download the latest version of lots of stuff! I do have a newer 'puter that my totally wonderful friend's hubby donated to us .. but it has enough kinda weird " issues " of its own that I do not trust it to become my main 'puter ... so eventually I'll have to break down and shell out the bucks to start fresh .. I am even considering getting a Mac if I can be convinced that it'll play nice with all 3 of my old PC's .... (but since I know very little about Macs, this is something I have to research some more). *Smile* Chris (your PMS'ing list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com PACorapi wrote: > We had said you were going to try Modzilla's Thunderbird for email and > report.
