My 93-year old Reflexology client asked me to research

Restless Legs Syndrome for her.

Google came through with a number of suggestions, one

of which was based on essential oils.

The remedy advertised was Lavender, Rosemary and Ginger

in a carrier oil. The mix is supposed to be applied to the

base of the spine.

I didn't have Ginger, but I put some Lavender and Rosemary

in mixing oil and offered it to my dear old client.

It works! She has a good night's sleep when she uses it,

applied to the spine as suggested.

On two occasions she forgot, or couldn't be bothered, and

she woke up in the middle of the night with twitchy legs.

She thinks I am a miracle worker. I told her to thank Google.

Would you mind sharing the original recipe. I have a friend that suffers from

RLS and would like her to try it.
