Guest guest
When trying to determine proper dilution ratios is it accurate to say that eo's can be measured at the rate of 2 drops eo per 100 drops of carrier oil and that 100 drops carrier oil is equal to 1 tsp? This would equal out to about 10 drops of eo per ml and 2 drops of eo equalling a 2% dilution in one teaspoon of carrier oil. I've read this several places but want an opinion as to it's accuracy. Is this a standard that can be followed? I know some eo's are thicker/thinner and would result in different drops per ml which would affect percentages. If this can't be a standard rule is there a place to find info out about each oil's specific " drops per ml " amount to know each oil's own dilution ratio? Thanks, Susan
