Guest guest
<<Posted by: " sarah menefee " sarah hoppindesigns Sun Mar 4, 2007 10:14 am ((PST)) Does anyone have a blend they would be willing to share with me to help me quite smoking? I have tried the " conventional " way and have not yet found hope. I would love to quite. So if anyone has any suggestion or blends they have Tired and it worked I would love it if you could share with me. >>>>>> Hi Sarah: I was .. a 2 pack a day smoker .. back in the day (over 30 yrs) .. honestly, you have to .... be ready to quit. Cold turkey is the only way that worked for me.. I didn't use a patch or gum, etc.etc. Was it easy.?? NO !!!! I would sit at my desk and cry .. but then I created this blend I call .. 'smoke out' either from the bottle or in the pocket inhaler .. whenever I craved a smoke would inhale this blend. I would use visualization .. but the real key .. is deep breathes. that is what smoking is .. deep breathing. .. without the smoke. Good luck and don't give up.!! Guest guest
Not an oil or an herb, but I'd like to recommend the book - The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. Only costs about as much as a couple packs of cigarettes. You smoke while reading the book. By end of the book, you can scarcely wait to put out the last cigarette you will ever smoke. In conjunction with Rosanne's blend - I think you can kick that nicotine monster to the curb.
