Some time ago I found a smoking cessation oil at this website. The ingredients list the EOs used in the blend. Unfortunately I've not prepared a blend myself, have not purchased the oil, and have had no one to try it out. Don't know if it works. It is also said that inhaling Black Pepper Piper nigrum is an aid to cease smoking. Again, no proof. Guest guest
According to Larissa Jones, who wrote Aromatherapy for Body, Mind & Spirit, breathing the scent of Clove helps remove the desire to smoke, and diffused eucalyptus helps to clear the lungs, while geranium provides emotional support. For herbal support, the lobeline in Lobelia has a nicotine-like effect and is very helpful in breaking the addiction. I know a company which has a Lobelia/St. John's Wort combination which is used for someone who wants to quit. If you'd like info on it, just email me off group.
