Does anyone have an educated opinion on best carrier oils and ingredients to

help herbal and

possibly e.o. properties into skin. I know this is very general, but I am

looking for ideas at

this point.

Thanks,

Laura

I am not sure if rosehip is considered a carrier oil, but I reckon it is the

best to use personally.

LOL

Laura, I find the Emu Oil is a great carrier, as it soaks way into the

skin, and on into the muscle and joint (cartalidge) system. Google it if you

would like to find out more.

[Dave:] Laura, my favorites are emu oil and jojoba. Someone mentioned rose

hip, which is a wonderful oil, though I never thought of it as a carrier it

probably would make a good one. Lately I’ve been looking into meadowfoam

seed oil as a sub for emu oil. They say it has many of the same properties,

but I know in the back of my mind that some things just work better with

animal-sourced oils. Think of the difference in cooking between butter and

margarine.
