Early Harvest Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Hey y'all,

Something just came to mind .. so here it is. I have over 200 folks

on my Back Order List for the above product. I have been Out of Stock

for over FOUR YEARS .. last time I had it I brought 5 metric tons into

my company in Maryland and it sold out in one year.

This Fall I tried to make a buy but it was just too high .. Olive

Trees do not do well every year .. in fact, they almost always have an

Off Year every other year. Because the price was so high I knew that

having to compete with the lower quality Extra-Virgin Olive Oils for

sale here and there would be a hassle .. so I let it go. Next Fall I

will bring some in. I have been negotiating with a producer and we

are into the same ballpark as far as figures go.

There is a difference between the normal Extra-Virgin and the Early

Harvest Extra-Virgin .. its a matter of the latter having a MUCH LOWER

Oleic Acid content .. and the difference between it and the former is

night and day.

But I will not have any for another 8 months or so .. still .. I

wanted to tell y'all some of the advantages of using Extra-Virgin

Olive Oil. Not gonna tell you many now .. just a few .. but there are

many. I am just going to focus on skin care for now .. and though

Early-Harvest is the best .. use of plain old unrefined Extra-Virgin

is better than not using Olive Oil at all. So go get some where you

can. ;-)

Turkish women who live in the city are known to have baby smooth skin.

Those who live in the villages have very rough skin but they spend

half their lives in the fields. The reason the city gals have such

nice skin is because its sort of customary here to not use soap on the

skin. They use a variety of locally produced all natural cremes ..

but they also use Rose Hydrosol as a toner and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

for cleansing.

I know one very pretty lady in her late 50s .. used to be a fashion

model .. who swears she has not used soap on her face in more than 35

years. Says she uses Extra-Virgin Olive Oil daily.

Anyway .. as I said, I'm out of it now .. but just wanted to tell

y'all that and recommend you consider giving it a try yourself. :-P
