don't ya just LOVE moving. When my father was in the airforce we moved quite

a bit (about every 2.5 years) and the stuff would just disappear. Once it

was almost ALL of our stuff that went into a black hole and never came out

and once it was just a sofa, my mothers favorite sofa... never came out

either. Boxes of toys sometimes, sometimes clothes or dishes. I don't think

there was a single move that we made that SOMETHING didn't go missing. PIA!

 

Good luck with the move, hope everything gets there and you manage to evade

the Black Hole.

isn't that strange. I've only moved prolly 5 times or so in my live , from

mom's house to hubby, divorce , back to moma, then into my own home, then

remarried and we built a new home, gosh, that's not very much huh? But it

seemed like a lot~ any hoo I had these pictures of a girl and boy praying

that I could never find that I wanted to give to dd for her baby, then

suddenly one afternoon I opened a window seat in our NEW house, the last

move, and there's those stupid pictures~ Strange huh? Couldn't find them

when my mom was alive, then 12 years later, they suddenly appear~ :LOL

>sigh< It's a lovely thought. But trust me, when the movers put things in a

black hole, they don't turn up again... at least it never did for us.

 

speaking of strange...

 

Watch. Wednesday I was looking for my watch. Couldn't find it anywhere.

Looked high and low. this was AFTER my shower and I had been missing my

watch for 2 days.

 

Later that evening I was trying to figure out what time it was to see if I

had to hightail it home... shook my sleeve and lo and behold, the darn thing

was on my wrist! the same watch that had been missing for two days. Dang

holes in me head are getting bigger or there are some spooks out there

messing with me. I accept either theory! LOL!
