Guest guest
When I need to take oregano, I make sugar capsules. I got some empty pill capsules from my local " natural foods " market (in my case Wild Oats " ), fill the big half with sugar, add in a drop or two of oregano, then cap it. If I'm careful (big if!) I don't miss and get oil on my fingers... Anyway, I'll make enough to take one two to three times a day over a couple of days. That seems to do the trick for me. I think I learned about it on this list (or maybe the old idma list). Karen (who is wishing she had some something with her at work today because the folks I work for kindly bought me flowers for Secretaries day and they're making my eyes itch!) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Karen M.
