Guest guest
Kathleen, Grapeseed antioxidant works for me. It's amazing that when I get slack on it, always some bug will hit me. I've had some years, where my immunity system was so compromised that the slightest excertion would bring on an underlying condition no one really could identify, but it would be high fevers with bad joint pain and I thought I would never chuck it. There where talks of lime disease and whatever was the diagnosis de jour.. It's the grapeseed that pulled me out of it and besides breaking bones, have kept me relatively stable. Not a cheap supplement, but it has worked for me. Would eat a pound of grapes every day, but it seems around here you can't get grapes anywhere, anymore with seeds.. Guest guest
Kathleen, Grapeseed antioxidant works for me. [Dave:] Absolutely, grapeseed extract is one of the best! Antioxidants should be considered an essential food group. 100% of us have bodies that are polluted with carcinogens like jet fuel and drug residues from our drinking water. The free radicals that are formed in response to these are like rust, destroying the integrity of cells throughout the body (including the brain). Antioxidants combat this effect. The best I have found are pycnogenol, grapeseed which I prefer, and astaxanthin complex. I can tell an immediate difference (within a day) when I use these. Antioxidant foods include the cabbage group, the alliums (onions, leeks and garlic), most berries. Cherries, blueberries and pomegranate are especially high in antioxidants as are goji berries and açai. Kombucha tea is another effective way of reducing the body’s toxic burden. It contains compounds such as hyaluronic acid that actually bind with heavy metals and other poisons in a way that renders them water-soluble, allowing the body to flush them from the fatty and glandular tissues where they are stored. Guest guest
I have used grapeseed oil for many years now. It is available as a cooking oil, I use it for lots of things. It used to bet he cheapest of oils but is now more expensive although still cheaper than many brands that leave residues and stuff. Grape seed oil leaves no residue at all, love it.
