Guest guest
Hi Kathleen, Don't know if this is anything that you have been going through or not but I have just been diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease which I guess is a fairly common problem with women that have thyroid problems. Basically it affects your immune system as it attacks the anti-bodies. Here is a link that will explain it better. I almost exactly went down the symptom list. Was really having problems with the legs & hips being very painful. Also, I was REALLY getting concerned about the memory. Kept doing the " clock " test to make sure I was not getting alzheimers, can laugh now but it was very scary at the time. So it was bad enough that I made a dr's appt. Anyway, just something to think about, especially for the ladies who are getting " finer " as time passes & if you have thyroid problems. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/hashimotos-disease/DS00567/DSECTION=2 God Bless You & Yours, Georgia (hahagranny) ~~~God's answers are wiser than our prayers~~~ ~~~Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take but by the moments that take your breath away~~~ ~~~A friend hears the song in my heart & sings it to me when my memory fails~~~ ______________________ AOL now offers free email to everyone.
