Just like some members of the nightshade family are edible, like tomatoes and potatoes and green peppers, and some, like deadly nightshade, are not. OK? I have been eating AFA for 10 years and have only improved and maintained health to show for it. I will be 64 this year. No body part whines, aches or creaks, I have energy most of the time, and I hardly ever get sick. No health food will work for everybody, all the time. AFA does not agree with a certain type of strongly " Vata " person. Tall skinny spacey. But for something simple and complete to boost the immune system, this one has my vote.
