Forgive me if I am mistaking this for something else,

but wasn't it blue green algae that kills.

I am sure it was blue green algae that was in mussels I had at a Vietnamese

There are many varieties of bluegreen algae.

Some are toxic, some are health food.

Just like some members of the nightshade family

are edible, like tomatoes and potatoes and green peppers,

and some, like deadly nightshade, are not.

OK?

I have been eating AFA for 10 years and have

only improved and maintained health to show for it.

I will be 64 this year. No body part whines, aches

or creaks, I have energy most of the time, and I

hardly ever get sick.

No health food will work for everybody, all the time. AFA does not agree with a

certain type

of strongly " Vata " person. Tall skinny spacey.

But for something simple and complete to

boost the immune system, this one has my vote.
